Keep going over all your sounds:
The Just Phonics Book is also good for
revising sounds.
Keep going over all your tricky words:
June is the time of year when we
assess the children on various aspects of English. This week, you may want to
check what tricky words your child knows. Point to the word and ask your child
to tell you the word. Keep a note of the tricky words your child is not sure
of. If your child does not know a word, please go over it with them every day.

Gaeilge:
We are only including
this just in case there are any parent/ guardians who feel up to having a go
and have access to a computer or laptop. Please don’t worry if you don’t.
We understand it
might be difficult for parents who do not speak Irish to help children. We are suggesting
that the children revise some of the lessons from the theme “An Aimsir” (weather).
